After wasting a lot of my time and not showing up on 2 different scheduled install dates, finally cancelled my order and got my deposit back. There is a a huge disconnect between the sales people , the scheduling department, and the many sub contactors that they hire to do their installs. No one knows what's going on, I dealt with 3 managers of different departments and they still couldn't get it right. Based off of the other reviews I'm glad I cancelled my order, sounds like neither the windows nor the installs are of quality. Steer clear of any type of construction installation service...

I asked,"70 feet of toppers, how much?" He replied,"the best I can do is come back and sell you toppers for $1,600". That's an additional $1,600 for something that should have been taken care of in the first place. Watch out for Nathan's underhanded in deceitful tactics.
